The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Towada, making it a great choice for exploring the area. The traditional Japanese style room added a unique touch to the stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing all necessary information despite the language barrier. The small convenience store opposite the hotel was a convenient perk.
The room was a bit stuffy due to the bamboo mats on the floor, and the bathroom was basic. Additionally, there was a lack of English-speaking staff, which posed some communication challenges.

The hotel offers rooms with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, including spacious accommodations and basic amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to assist guests, even if English is not fully understood. Additionally, the hotel's prime location in an otherwise quiet area of Japan allows for easy access to beautiful natural attractions, such as the lake and Oirase gorge.
No significant improvements needed; everything was satisfactory.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was great as it offered beautiful views of nature and allowed for a peaceful atmosphere. The on-site restaurant provided delicious and authentic cuisine.
The accommodations were uncomfortable and in need of upgrading. The walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors easily.

I recently had a really pleasant stay at this hotel situated in the serene mountains beside a beautiful lake. The spacious rooms were decorated in a traditional Japanese style, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was the huge Onsen pool, where I could unwind and soak in the rejuvenating hot spring water. The hotel staff, despite their limited English, were incredibly courteous and supportive, ensuring that all my basic needs were met.
All was fine during my stay.
